Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze various forms of decrees against the sexual predators in the Florida state. This paper will attempt to highlight the key points of laws related to sexual predator and the level of punishments under the law implemented in the state of Florida. In addition to this, the paper will brief on the severity of punishment along with nature and execution of criminal regarding the topic. Moreover, the paper inspects nature of law verdict on such crime cases and basic requirements of prosecution. Finally, the personal opinion regarding the topic is included with conclusion.

Introduction

Human sex is a subject that plays a vital role in everyone's life. Irrespective, of the gender, size, age, nationality and etc, it is an essential part of what we are and what we do. It is way through which an individual experience and express him or herself as sexual beings. There are several factors helping to develop our sexuality (McLeod, 2007). One of the most vital is our actual gender. It is an important part of our personalities whether we are aware of it or not.

Sexual Assault is very unwelcoming done by any individual. It is behavior that can be very offensive to any individual of any sex, and is done not only by words but even actions can refer to sexual harassment. In this case study we will be observing the situation how a sexual harassment can be offensive.

Female Sexual assault is a common public health and safety issue that has long lasting and deep impact on the personalitiy and life of a victim. It can be oneo f the most violating and depressive experiences that any can stand as it has immediate long term effects on the victim's physical and mental health. It has been suggested that around 45 percent of victims suffer from non genital trauma, 22 percent with genital trauma and around 40 percent people get sexually transmitted diseased while around 1 to 5 percent females become pregnant. The rap related pregnancies in the US have been estimated to be around 32000 every year. Such victims also have the tendency to commit suicide which is 13 times more than a normal person (Krebs etal, 2007). The severity of this issue in the country calls for immediate and effective resources so that the victim of sexual assault can be dealt with in time. One of the most important national community resource is that of National Sexual Violence Resource Center or NSVRC that was originally established in the year 2000 and provides the community with important guidance and information with Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape. The main aim of NSVRC staff and employees is to gather useful and important information on sexual assault and then spread it in the community for guidance and treatment of the victims.
