From the 70's, the topic of sexual abuse of children and their consequences, gains a new dimension, being seen as a serious social problem, both by scholars and the general population. From a psychodynamic theoretical order, investigate, this paper, some basic points about the subject matter, also providing data that will help in identifying cases of abuse child sex. Through extensive research and theoretical literature, we dealt with more specifically, the helplessness, incest, and strategies of sexual abuse children, as well as long-term effects of this particular type of victimization. In a society where child sexual abuse challenges cultural taboos and psychic becomes necessary to study and clarify the background to this dynamic phenomenon in order to break the conspiracy of silence that often surrounds it.
