This report has been based on the service procurement and provising, within which the Omni Facility Management Company has been involved in providing maintenance , Laundry and Cleaning services and supplying services to the Hilton Hotel. The whole report has been based on the concept of facilities management to the hotel. The main ares that have been covered within this report are baseline position in which the current scenario of the hotel has been discussed. Then the target position of the company has been considered within which the Omni Management Ltd., has assessed the needs of its client, i.e. Hilton Hotel. The third main point is the souring strategy that has considered the diagnostic phase. The second last is the tendering process in which the Omni management ltd., delivered its briefing about the target with the hotal and the last is the service level agreement within which the terms and conditions of the agreement has been identified.

Facility Management in Hilton Hotel
1. Introduction
This report is based on the provision of facility management provided by Omni Facility management ltd. The company is providing facilities to its esteemed customers after it was established in 1989. However, this project report has been based on Hilton Hotel to which the Omni facility management company provides its facilities. The project has identified the factors causing instability in the cleaning and laundry services and moreover the supply of fruits, tubers and vegetables in Hilton hotel facilities from the Omni facilities management company that contributes to improving the supply management of these products. The search for the factors took a comprehensive approach to procurement, the behaviour of domestic suppliers and the relationships established between them. Supply management of fruits, meats and vegetables in the entities has been assessed in depth along with the evaluation of the purchasing management service entities. The behaviour of domestic suppliers of fruits, meats and vegetables that fundamental maintain relationships with entities were evaluated from the definition of criteria interest assessment for the facility. The overall assessment of the project has shown the impact of service procurement and provision of the Hilton hotels. The proposed improvements are aimed at reducing the impact of negative factors in the members of the chain that undermine the proper functioning of the facility management of the hotel.
