The questions about the service leadership analaysis in organization A show that most of the respondents i.e. 74% believe that their management and leadership are servant leaders. The leadership do not take unethical advantage of their position and work along with the people to optimize their institution. Similarly, 20% of the respondents believe that their leaders are not servant leaders i.e. according to them they do not provide optimal services to the people while 6% remain neutral. Organization B on the other hand shows similar results obtained from Organization A i.e. 72% of the overall respondents claim than the management had a service leadership quality while 16% thought contrary to the statement. The results obtained from Organization C were no different in percentages i.e. 80% of the respondents were agreed or somewhat agreed while only 10% respondents were not agreed.
Managing ethical climate in an organization is considered as the greatest achievement for an administration. Almost 70% of the respondents have believed that the administration has kept the ethical climate of organization A comparatively better than the other organizations i.e. their managing techniques and responses to the unethical behavior are certainly appreciable. On the other hand, 22% respondents were not satisfied with the ethical climate while 8% remain neutral. Organization B had very similar results than organization A i.e. 76% respondents were fairly satisfied about the ethical climate in their organization and only 12% were not. Almost 125 respondents remain neutral in this regard. Organization C also shows 72% results in favor of well managed ethical climate managed by the organization whereas 14% were against it. Only 14% remain neutral while answering about the ethical climate in organization C.
