Introduction

Self evaluation is one of the most important tools that can be sued to enhance the capabilities and increase the performance of an individual. I have taught students grammar (comparative and superlative). This paper is written as a self evaluation on the teaching techniques that I follow during the lectures I deliver to the students. This self evaluation is based on the feedback from my peers on micro teaching, as well as, those of the instructors. It will include the techniques I use in teaching.
