The competition in the social and business environment has increased to the great extent and this has further provided us with great amount of challenges as well as opportunities. In dealing with such type of environments, the individuals are required to carefully understand their strengths and weaknesses in order to effectively and efficiently grab the opportunities in the environments. The analysis of strengths allows the individuals to know their potential strengths that they can use in achieving their goals and objectives. The individuals with their effective and efficient strengths can effectively deal with the challenges in the environment. The analysis of the weaknesses allows the individuals to know their potential weaknesses that limit the success and growth of the individuals. This paper has discussed the analysis of my potential strengths and weaknesses. My current sets of skills are also reported in this paper. The strengths and weaknesses are defined within the context of four domains and eighteen competencies of emotional intelligence. The analysis of eighteen competencies of emotional intelligence allows us to improve the quality of our life. The result of the analysis has clearly revealed that I have more strengths than weaknesses. I have worked hard to bring positive changes in the places where I have been worked in my life. My overall emotional intelligence score is found to be 87.

The emotional intelligence has significant association with that of the leadership effectiveness. The analysis of the competencies of the emotional intelligence allows the individuals to understand their strengths and weaknesses and skills in order to perform the leadership behaviors in different situations in their lives.
