Situation

The situation in this case is that the client needs to be taken to the court, and the there are many problems associated with this situation. The first problem is that the client is 40 years of age and due to some adverse health issues he always requires a nurse with him at any place. The nurse travels with him everywhere and stays with him 24/7. The second problem in this case is that the client is being hated by many different people because he is a white supremacist. He lives in Los Angeles, and he needs to be taken from his home to the court and then at the end of the hearing he needs to be taken back to his house (Wallace Clark and Henry, 1922).

Aside from this, he also wants to talk to the media and the reporters because he wants to make a great entrance. He is planning to have a proper press conference or release. The primary issue in this entire situation is about the protection of the client from his house till the court and back to his house. The security is very necessary because as stated earlier he is being hated by many people due to several rivals and political reasons. Aside from this, he is being charged for murder as well as for the violation of the civil rights. Currently he is being set free on a $1 million bond and lives in his house (Wallace Clark and Henry, 1922).

Background

The first and the foremost point of attention in this case from the safety viewpoint is that, despite the fact that he is being accused of serious charges and is being hated by many different people so it is necessary to provide him the protection. Aside from this, he is also in poor health condition due to which he cannot take care of himself in case of any attack on them (Aas et.al, 2009). The next very important pint of attention is that recently two incidents took place in which the accused people in the similar cases were brutally killed. On the other hand, the assistance of the clients was also being beaten up very badly with the intention to kill then even. There is also some incomplete evidence that the killed victims were somehow related to the client. Keeping in mind all these threats and problems the security will be given to the client and for that a team of eight people will be formed. The security plan will entails in it the security provided to the client for the two way travel, that is, from his house to court and back to his house again. Apart from this, it will also entail the security given to him at the time of the press release (Dellinger, 2005).
