Seasonal Change Makes Mood

Seasonal changes in mood and demeanor were assessed utilizing items taken and acclimatized from the SPAQ. Two modifications were made to the initial tallying as follows. Each piece was scored from 0 to 3 (none, slight, moderate or marked change), not from 0 to 4 (none, slight, moderate, assessed or exceedingly assessed change), with the sum or international seasonality score (GSS) extending from 0 to 18. Higher tallies indicate greater cyclic changes.
