The children, MARK and JULIE, are packing their stuff. They seem pretty excited. MR and MRS ANDREW are loading luggage in the taxi.
MRS. ANDREW
Julie, have you packed all your stuff, dear?
JULIE
Almost. I can't find my notebook anywhere. I wanted to write everything about our vacations on it.
MRS. ANDREW
You can have my new 2014 diary. As the New Year is going to start soon, it's better that you write your activities of the day separately in it.
JULIE
Yea, nice idea. Thanks, mom.
Mrs Andrew gives the diary to Julie. Julie goes in her room and puts it on the side table of her bed. She goes to her cupboard, takes out a pen from her stationery box and leaves the room. Everyone sits in the taxi and leaves for the airport.
INT./EXT. MICHEAL'S CAR - MORNING (DRIVING)
MICHEAL and ANNE, a newly married couple, are planning what to do in these vacations.
ANNE
We need a long break. This time it's gonna be great. New Year, lots of activities, lots of fun. You and me together. We have a life ahead.
MICHEAL
You and your planning. Don't expect much. You'll be disappointed a lot if I couldn't get my vacations extended.
ANNE
Ya, certainly. But still we'll enjoy. We are going to rock on the New Year.
INT. AT THE AIRPORT - DAY
The Andrews are rushing towards the boarding area.
MARK
(While walking and trying to cross Julie on the way)
I'll sit by the window.
JULIE
If my seat is by the window, I won't let you have it. You can have mum's or dad's.
They enter the lounge of the airport and sit near the departure gate.
MRS. ANDREWS
I think you both can sit by the window.
JULIE
That's great. I want to see the world. The window is a way.
