Hypothesis

There is a general hypothesis that law enforcement agencies are more effectively equipped for tackling the terrorism after the 9-11. This has been seen and hypothesized that due to increasing major threats of security law enforcement agencies have prepared themselves in a way that there are very few chance for terrorist to deceive the security circle.

Research inquiry method of observation

The research inquiry is regarding the law enforcement agencies and this research needs to be confidential therefore, it is necessary to keep the research process confidential. It has been evidently observed that the law enforcement agencies are more effectively equipped after the incident of 9-11. The research inquiry has been conducted to further evaluate the above hypothesis. The professional practices of criminal justice include the procedures for research inquiry and observation is the best possible way to conduct the research like this because by going in the process of observation all the information can be confidential. The method which is chosen for research inquiry is the method of observation (Batten, D. 2010). 

Observation is one of the most effective methods to conduct a research inquiry as by doing this the process of inquiry becomes very much safe and secure. The incident of 9-11 has created such an environment that the law enforcement channels have been keeping themselves high alert. There are many reasons taken by going into the process of observation which can proof the above hypothesis. There are many factors which can proof hypothesis some of them are illustrated further (Bradbury, H. 2001). 

Strict law enforcement vigilance

It has been observed very keenly that there is a major increase in the vigilance of law enforcement agencies which makes the environment more safe and secure. The law enforcement agencies are more and more equipped in terms of vigilance after the 9-11. Although, civilians are having many reservations over the strict vigilance of law enforcement agencies as their rights of privacy have been violated but they are ready to accept this as the security of civilians are always at high regard. The research inquiry has been a very effective tool for investigating the causes and effects of the hypothesis (Patton, M. Q. 2002).
