Hypothesis

Ho: The blood glucose concentration is not increased in mice by water.

Ha: The blood glucose concentration is increased in mice by water.

The main question and concern for the investigator in this research was to find out why the blood glucose concentration increases in mice that drank water, in comparison to the mice that drank diluted black coffee. Though, the water is considered to be the dissolvent of life. The investigation is based around the comparison between the effect on blood glucose concentration in contrast with water and black diluted coffee (Yamauchi et. al, 2010).
