Introduction

The topic chosen among all other topics studied in the science subject is solar energy. The science teacher has integrated other content areas within the science lesson. The solar energy was a whole chapter within the subject, therefore the teacher has integrated the reading, writing, technology, figures, charts, examples and related math was also incorporated in the lesson. For the experiments of science, it is important that the mathematic and mathematic skills within the class.

The technology was incorporated by the teacher in the solar energy lesson. A virtual demonstration was shown by the teacher in the class to show how solar energy works; how the technology enables the purpose of using solar energy and how the solar energy is extracted and used. Even small practical examples were asked and assigned by the teacher to be done as the practical work of the chapter solar energy.

The supplies and handouts used by the teacher included the PowerPoint presentations, recent and latest worldwide examples, practical experiment and demonstrations and different sources of books used for the study of solar energy.

The differentiated instructions include the reading abilities, English language proficiency, competency in mathematics and extent of foundation knowledge.
