The ongoing incidents related to school violence have created great concerns among school management, parents and community. The objective of this study is to identify and understand the reasons behind the violence in schools, to assess its repercussion on the students, and to figure out a way to resolve this issue beforehand. During the research period, I have studied the pervious and current research conduct on the similar topics. I went to schools, where I met students who were the victims of school violence including their concern parents and their peers who bullied them.
The findings I have gained from them enable me to understand the real issue related to school safety, and try to create a roadmap which could help the schools to decrease such aggressive behavior in their respective school. The research paper also discuss in detail the views and versions of various stakeholders in the form of students, family, teachers, educational experts, and government officials and try to figure out the way to resolve this issue before it gets out of control.

Introduction
The recent killing in Connecticut Elementary School has claimed 27 lives (Carney, 2005). The majority of diseased were minors and less than 8 years old innocent children who had nothing to do with the cause of the shooter. This kind of distressing incidents can be avoided if the schools in collaboration with the government and the parents take reasonable steps to tackle such accidents before they turn into the harsh reality (Carney, 2005).
Although, there are qualitative studies which suggest that the rate of valance in declining in schools (Metropolitan life, 1999), this related to such studies which indicates that the actual rate of violence in schools has declined from it's subjected peak in the mid- 80's to mid 90's (Carney, 2005). However, there are reports which contradict these studies by predicting that the current trend of crime and violence in schools will turn into long term problems for all the stakeholders. They say that we have only started to address these issues related to the impact and prevention of violence and crime in the schools. While schools across the United States claimed that they are taking proper safety measure, but the truth is that in today's socio-economic environment, no school is absolutely protected from aggressive behavior in any form (Singer, 1999).
