Personal Skill Strength and Asset

Pacific University School of Pharmacy is one of the prestigious universities that everyone wants to be a part of I believe that I have the necessary assets which are required to be one of the best candidates for your program. I am quite effective at handling stress. I keep a level head even if worst of crises hit and strategically plan how to get out of the dire situation. This makes me a good team leader too as by keeping a brave front I give my confidence to my team members and lead them towards progress

As an individual I respect everyone and I am not prone to fights. A crucial part for most of the social interaction is the ability to communicate well. One the key strengths I posses is good communication skills. I can convey my message effectively. I listen actively and believe in open dialogue. I am quite flexible and adapt according to the situation. This helps me to get optimum advantage of all situations. Adaptability has helped me to carry out personal relations and work together. It thus it helps me to help solve conflicts or issues that arise.

 One of my major strengths is time management. I handle work load as it comes and do not leave it for the last possible moment. Furthermore, I would like to finish my work before the due date so that I have the time to review and work on the glitches or mistakes if any. I don't believe in procrastination as one can be hit with crisis.

Another quality that I possess the ability to be well organized. This is implemented not only in professional life rather personal life. I also possess leadership qualities which I portrayed during my academic life. There were many times, I was made the leader of group project as I am outcome orientated and knows how to manage people and work together. Democratic leadership is what I practice which enables me to listen and cater to the problems of my mates when taking a final decision. Other technical skills such as problem solving, dexterity and quick learning has also helped me in my academic and work life.

Almost everyday, one gets challenged with many situations that one must prioritize to resolve to make progress. The past experiences have made me develop the ability to become effective at time management and prioritize accordingly. This has made capable of taking up challenges and conquering them successfully. Therefore, the traits and qualities I believe, will make me valuable entity in your program.
