Introduction

Today the world is so dynamic that it has become quite challenging to predict what will happen next. When we talk about politics, the pole of the voters changes every second with incidents taking place in the world. Researchers thought of a plan to have some system through which they can not only aim at specific group of people but also influence them to share their views publicly. BIPAC is an autonomous and bipartisan institute made in 1963 by some officials at National Association of Manufacturers. It stands for Business Industry Political Action Committee and has members from corporate and trade associations. It focuses on establishing for its members facts and figures about concerns which may have substantial amount of influence on corporate sector. Its working is based on give and take policy like if they give their members factual information, in exchange they receive imperative information about pattern of voting and records relating to political issues. For the purpose they tend to utilize governmental websites and departmental affairs. To materialize their aim they have further made “Prosperity Project” to adjust organizational strategies and provide employees as much information as they can (Creswell, 2009).

Discussion

BIPAC is rendering the participants on the websites of Prosperity Project the needed tool, policies and infrastructure for ensuring communication with their pro-business messages. The member organizations then share the acquired information with their employees. The primary key results which came out of the conducted survey in collaboration with Minerva Marketing, LLC and BIPAC have improved the voting spirit because of the inclusion of employer messages. They even evaluated the impact before and after the addition of the employer messages in Prosperity Project (Thompson, 2012).

The messages have consequently enhanced their tendency to vote and their decision to vote. The ones who did not vote at all started to vote, whereas, the ones who voted less started to vote more often. With their noticeable success, they intend to expand their budgets and operations to become more active in the planning and executing of their strategies. The most noticeable part is that they do not possess any political affiliation with Republicans or Democrats. It also enjoys legal stance due to Supreme Court's verdict that has permitted the businesses to provide their funds legally to their political parties to support them win. Earlier the court only allowed businesses to circulate information of political in nature to their own employees. Yet, they cannot campaign for either of the parties in their support, consciously or unconsciously.
