Risk management is recognized as an integral part of good management practices. It is an iterative process which consists of several steps, which, when are executed sequentially, enable continuous improvement in the process decision making.

Risk management is the term applied to a logical and systematic method for establishing the context, identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating, monitoring and communicating risks associated with an activity, function or process in a way that allows organizations to minimize losses and maximize opportunities. Risk Management is the culture, process resources and structures that are directed towards effective management of opportunities potential and adverse effects.

In an organization the occupational health and safety deals with the objectives which are discussed further. It reduces levels of risk tolerance in the first place, the workplace of hazardous and harmful factors affecting the health of workers; prevent occupational injuries, occupational diseases; ensure the effectiveness of the management system of occupational health and safety, including the requirements for the management system of occupational health and safety. It also involves all employees in the process of improving the safety and performance of their conscious personal responsibilities for occupational health and safety (Lees, 2005).

Ensure transparency in the area of enterprise occupational health and safety and interaction with all stakeholders. Management system, occupational health and safety are an integral part of management of the organization in the process of sustainable development. Top management takes responsibility for the implementation of policies in the field of occupational health and safety. Occupational safety and health as a science that deals with maintaining the safety and human health, and providing work environments safe free of pathogens accidents or injuries or occupational diseases, or in other words is a set of procedures, rules and regulations in the legislative framework aimed at preserving human risk and maintain on the risk of property damage and loss (Alexander, 2008).

The intervention occupational health and safety in all areas of life when dealing with electricity or electrical home appliances is indispensable for followers of safety rules and assets and when driving, or even walk in the streets, we need to follow the rules and assets safety and axiomatic that in the factories and workplaces different and educational facilities We need to safety rules, but we can say that when taking medications to treat or food for the growth of our bodies, we need to follow safety rules. With the development and globalization of world economy, the competition between organizations is becoming fiercer and more and more industrial pollution and production hazards are constantly threatening the health and safety of organization and its employees (Thompson, 1988).
