Introduction

People and youth under 18 with HIV should consider taking precautions to avoid exposure to common infections, which could be fatal for people with weakened immune systems. Although the practice of safer sex is often associated with the prevention of HIV infection, if practiced safer sex can reduce exposure to many serious infections and STDs (Kemp, 2002).

The ultimate goal of this program is the promotion of safe sex among young under 18 youth. It seems necessary to develop new strategies that promote condom use. It is also advisable to promote the female condom as a preventive option among the minorities. Sexual health should be approached from a global perspective that includes addressing the social, cultural and legal factors.

Specific Objectives

Promotion of early detection of HIV/AIDS.

Change of sexual risk behaviours.

Promotion of safer sex programs.

Development of training programs for safer sex.

Promotion of strategies for people affected by HIV / AIDS.

Promote positive prevention in people with HIV / AIDS.

To promote prevention campaigns against HIV and other STIs.

Development of "National Strategy for Sexual and Reproductive Health”.

Effective collaboration between clinicians, patients and others.

Goal

Ensuring that youth of different minorities social target groups must have the necessary information on diseases, sexually transmitted diseases and HIV / AIDS. Promotion of safe sexual behaviour, with particular emphasis on the training of vulnerable societies and professionals.

Methodology

Assertive communication: the aim is that young people are able to communicate what they want and do not want, who can argue their desires and have the capacity to propose.

Negotiation: both about the kind of sex you want to keep as the use of condoms.

The development of skills to know how to buy, know how to lead, propose and correctly use a condom.

Promotion of coordination in the prevention and treatment of STIs / HIV / AIDS.
