A natural park is a complex territorial system that does not exhaust its budget the only natural resource: the virtuosity of the-park system also involves human resources, institutions and companies operating within it. Similarly, the Lake District National Park is not an organ that functions to measure up against sun conservation of this natural heritage, but a management area as a whole and in its becoming. Proper land management is configured as a dynamic activity, and therefore not static: it implies the awareness and involvement of residents on the programs local development and promotion of economic activities and productive land compatible with the existence of the park itself (Binns 2002, p.235). The park, in summary, can be defined as a environmental system complex called upon to maintain over time equilibrium conditions dynamic. Among the major productive activities in the Park of the Tuscan Archipelago is undoubtedly the tourism.
Stakeholders
The origin of the concept of an interested party is in management theories that analyze corporate behaviour in terms of interests affecting, or affected by the activities of the corporation. This theory is on the concept of the corporation as a type of organization, and especially the system of corporate governance. The term interested party (stakeholder) intended to be in contrast with the term shareholders (shareholder) (Baloglu Brinberg 2007, p.11).
The stakeholder theory of the distinction between different stakeholders, and acknowledged that some parties have successfully shared interests of enterprises and so one way or another, had a strong own risk similar to shareholders. It recognized the stakeholders can prevent a corporation achieve its goals. In both cases, the focus was more on corporations than on the needs of society (Baloglu & Uysal 2006, p.32).

These resources are divided into 779 individual initiatives, under both public and private 6 . As planned investments are substantial in absolute terms, the intensity per capita (2,600 euros) is much lower not only the regional average (About 4,000 euros), but also to the provincial (3 million) 7 . The study area has so far largely activated in planning agreggati lower than the reference. This represents a first indicator of weakening, in the period considered, the area of Sassari, in which investments are planned at only 4.5% of those planned in peak district national park, despite residing on 7.5% of the island population (Cooper 2005, pp. 3).
