A critical analysis on management of multicultural businesses suggests that managers feel it a bit hard to deal with diverse workforce in an organization.

Conflict

The conflict is considered an undesirable phenomenon, try to avoid it or immediately resolve, if it occurs. But the conflict in organizations is, in some cases plenty. Sometimes it helps to identify conflict diversity of viewpoints, a greater number of alternatives or problems. This makes the process of group decision-making more efficient and gives people the opportunity to express their thoughts and thus satisfy personal needs for respect and power, in addition, may increase the effectiveness of plans, policies and projects (Steinwascher & Rajagopal, 2009, pp. 64-79).

Intergroup conflict

Between groups may also be conflicts. A frequent example of inter-group conflict is the differences between the line and staff personnel.
