Introduction
Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) is the public school district offer education to people in Miami Dade County, Florida. The public school is organized and controlled by School Board of Miami-Dade County. It was established in 1885 and is one of the largest school district in United States and Florida. According to the data record of 2010, there are around 380,006 students enrolled in the district. It offers international studies programs to the people of United States (http://www.dadeschools.net/, 2012).

Accidents: if a child gets injured in school, first aid will be provided to him and parents will be contacted immediately
Appointments: students must schedule their appointments after school hours
Attendance: all absences will be recorded under unexcused absences. On receiving a notice from parents within 5 days of absence, the absence will be moved to excused absences.
Bringing pets to school: students are not permitted to carry their pets in the school premises except on the permission of teacher
Bus transportation: students who ride in the school bus must follow safety rules and driver's instructions.
Cell phones: the use of cell phones during school hours is strictly prohibited. Before and after school, they can use it.
Clinic: clinical service is provided to those students who are injured or ill and need an urgent medical treatment.
Code of conduct: the rights of students and teachers must be followed in the school to maintain disciple in the environment.
Confidential information: the information about parents, students and teachers will be held confidential according to Family Education Rights and Privacy Act.
Counselor services: group and individual counseling is provided to students on teacher's recommendation or when students need it.
Dress code: the students are supposed to come in full and proper uniform with the strict rules of cleanliness, grooming and neatness of dress.
Elevator: the school elevator is supposed to be used by those who are disabled and cannot go through stairs.
Insurance: health insurance is provided to those students who get injured in school. It includes the services of ambulance, first aid and proper treatment.
Internet use policy: students must use the Internet facility with the permission of teacher and must use it for the purpose of studies.
Lost and found: it is recommended that students should keep all their valuables at home. In case of any valuable that has been lost and found, will be placed in the main office.
