In order to gain sound knowledge regarding the challenges faced by the teachers in having session in the co-teaching classrooms are discussed within this interview. The interview has been conducted from a teacher who has been teaching in such a class where both levels of student, normal and special are taught together and are treated equally. The core purpose of this interview session is to highlight the importance of the inclusive settings and how effective they have been in teaching students and also creating a friendly relationship with students who are normal along with those students who require special attention. For this purpose, a brief discussion session was conducted with the teacher and some relevant questions that could help in gaining of sound knowledge regarding this kind of teaching has been gained that are elaborated below in a brief form.
The first thing to know was what was the process of establishing the inclusive setting and what were the reasons that led to the establishment of such kind of teaching method. The main reason for establishing such kind of teaching method was to make other students familiar with those students who require special attention and they should not be treated as an inferior group but in fact they should be given more value as they are not much capable of doing those things that a normal student who does not suffers from any kind of disability or illness that might be on permanent basis. The members of the society belonging to any kind of stage should give equal respect and importance to special students as well so that they could also play their productive role in the society. For this purpose, the role of the administration of the school is also very important in creating and maintaining of an inclusive settings because there are two different kinds of students that are to be addressed and taught together and the needs of both these students should be fulfilled in order to provide them effective learning. In this respect, the administration has devised specific patterns that will provide both the students with various tasks that will be according to their abilities to perform those tasks so that they could learn accordingly.
