Introduction

In contemporary complex business environment, organizations must improve methods to become more efficient and stay competitive. Information technology will keep produce their projects. Effective leaders are required to deal with methods, methods, and people, as well as to provide a worldwide, strategic perspective about present and future applications of IT that will cause the success of their organizations. In today's world the companies are more concerning on the technology because it enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the business (Drucker, 2010).

Discussion

In the given scenario where employees are not using the information technology adequately and business is facing the issues of the low efficiency due to this reason. As a task manager if I have to improve the technology management of the employees of my department, I could take apply some techniques to connect the employees with the technology that is being used by the company. I will conduct some training sessions for the employees to make them understand the technology (Cetindamar & Probert, 2009).

The train employees will then train their colleagues, in this way all of the employees will be connected to the technology. I can use another technique to assist the employees to enhance the technology management of the employees. Some new employees who are good technology user can be injected in the company to enhance the ability of the learning of the current employees. It will motivate the current employees (Schwalbe, 2010).

The training of the employees impact positively on the employees, it increases the loyalty of the employees and decreases the turnover in the company. The train employees will be more productive. The employees usually want to learn new things. The technology used in the companies changes quickly and most of the companies want to update it. The employees also have to adopt the new technology, if the company did not update technologically or the employees of the company fails to adopt the technology then the probability of the business downfall increases (Buttle, 2012).

There's no doubting the fact that client support is essential to a small or mid-sized company. The quality of that assistance will either enhance or break down client commitment to your product and your company. With the economic system in economic downturn, clients have more solutions than ever. The company that shows to be tuned in to client concerns, problems, or other needs can obtain a clear aggressive benefit from the market or customers. That's why it's so essential to understand how new technology can help you predict client needs, customize company procedures to best provide clients, and eventually enhance the performance of your company - the latter of which can keep expenses down (Porter, 2011).
