Health and its Determinants in African Nations

The study relates to health issues which are being faced by Somalia; however, in particular, the study focuses on solving these health issues. In this context, health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being; moreover, it is the capacity and ability to perform social roles, adaptation to environmental changes and cope with these changes. Moreover, in order to solve the health issues of Somalia, it is important to consider the following:

Health is the value by which an individual can realize their aspirations and the need to achieve satisfaction and change the environment and deal with it,

Health resource to the public guarantees its social and economic development,

Health means to achieve a better quality of life.

In addition to this, health is not a static state; in all stages of life it includes:

Protect people that is preventing Somali people from disease, injury and poisoning,

Refining, enhancing Somali people's potential in terms of health promotion

Restoring Somali people when they get the disease that involves treatment and rehabilitation.

Among the factors affecting the health of Somali people, there are four groups that include the following:

Lifestyle (including behavioral model including nutrition, physical activity, substance abuse, vulnerability to stress), which is the largest share, at around 55%,

Physical and social life and work, whose share is around 20%,

Health care system, which represents the influence of which is estimated at about 15%,

Intra-individual biological factors that is genetic factors, which represents the impact of which is estimated at around 10%.

Project Plan

The main aim of the project is to provide health, education and physical benefits to the inhabitants of the African countries (the less fortunate). The economic crises, food shortage and health care are the main issues of the African nations. In order to change the current picture of the Africa one needs to focus on determining the main problems and try to help them, come up with the best solution. Aid and Aid is not the only solution they want economic development which gives them the fruit in future. The future of the country is directly related to the character and vision of the Donating countries and agencies. The plan of this fund is to develop and create new opportunities for the Africans and to develop them in the self with education and health care. Despite spending money on advertisement and fancy events, we are planning to focus on our target in a calculated way.
