Abstract

Nursing care plan is the product of a systemic approach and argued. It takes into account the goals of care and is placed in relation to the future of the person. The goal of intervention is to drive the person toward healing or wellness and is specific to each person. the relationship with the care recipient and his family is part of the process of care since it is through interaction between humans (nurse-patient-family) can take up the nursing process. It is a decision-making process in which the nurse can select data, analyze hypotheses diagnostic check, act, evaluate and plan its interventions more to come. Nursing is the process that articulates the different phases of patient care. In each stage the nursing problem solving is an important resource, even if it must be adapted to the specific needs of the medicine. Precisely because of the diversity of situations and the human factor (that is uncontrollable) the ability to deal effectively with the problems through a systematic approach is essential. The nursing practice has been continuously ethical dilemmas. Ethical requirements for nurses vary with patients, age of patients, type of disease, and intensity of disease. Being a professional means that a person makes a promise to know and be what the profession requires. The society relies on that promise. In the end everything is based on the commitment of each professional. Identify instances that attitudes and believe that professionals have to address situations where ethical problems.
