The right to privacy does not exist in the US constitution. However, the bill of rights protect certain aspects to right to privacy , such as the privacy of beliefs in the first amendment, home privacy against house soldiers' demands which was in the third amendment, the privacy of individuals and their possessions against searches that were unreasonable.
