Introduction

At Cardiff University, a new rule has been implemented to threat the academic freedom to drink in the university premises and even outside university. They are ordered t do so to maintain the reputation of their campus. A new concern arrives with this policy and managers are claimed that their main intention is to impose some strict regulations on their staff.
