Dear Mark you have accurately calculated the present value of the proposed investment that you are planning to do after 12 years from now. However, I want to ask you that before finalizing the decision have you analyzed other alternatives, or other institutions that might have provided you with less interest rate and better services. Moving forward have you analyzed probable risk associated with the investment before taking the final decision.
