Background Bryan Tutoring Service is an Oregon based organization that offers tutoring services for a wide variety of subjects. Now the firm is planning to expand their business to Hertfordshire in the UK. The company believes that rendering tutoring services can help the students including graduates and undergraduates (Amuedo-Dorantes & Sparber, 2012). The parents in turn can save their finances by saving it from being wasted from students' failures. It is noted that Bryan Tutoring Service has a less intimate relationship with the different professors and students at the undergraduate level (Flacher & Harari-Kermadec, (2013, pp.191-210). However, there are several public, private, colleges as well as community based that offer Bryan tutoring with steady flow of students. From this perspective, Bryan Tutoring Service will be offer tutoring in the courses offered to both graduate and undergraduate students.

Problem Statement

The issue is present within the interpretation of required database to aim at the right target effectively. There is great potential in providing tutoring services to graduates and undergraduates. Undergraduate student are to be considered as revenue generated segmenting for Bryan tutoring service. As a graduate student who attends session of tutoring, spoke with their undergraduate acquaintances and friends. There are some undergraduate students seeking help from tuition firms. The company needs to invest time in building the database on previous exams and preparation of class notes (Conger, 2014).

Objectives

The research will cover the following areas:

To be able to implement tutoring with well-defined infrastructure

To be able to explore the impact of tutoring in the society on students

To be able help the parents acquire their children satisfactory results

To be able to collect the sample and divide them in groups

Research Design

Design of the research will be Randomized Control Trial (RCT). The design divides the sample into control and treatment groups. The benefit of choosing this design is that it can provide a differentiation between the effect of under-investigation phenomenon and other extraneous effects. The differences in observations made for the two groups thus provide a better analysis than observing the effects of treatment before and after for the same group. Moreover, there is no need have long period between observations to avoid bias, thus the design is time efficient (Ary et al., 2010, pp.1-100).

Data Collection

For this research, we will use combination of primary and secondary sources for the data collection. Primary research is flexible for controlling information, and it is created by the researcher. There will be survey and interview techniques for collecting the primary data. In the survey, it will target the whether there is potential market of graduates and undergraduates in Hertfordshire in the UK. Interviewing the past graduates and undergraduates will help in giving the insight of how they must have felt when they did not find such tutoring services in their times (Fang & Chien Sing, 2009, pp.271-274).
