Critical analysis of the effectiveness of the collaborative process throughout the planning, delivery and monitoring of the Organization
Abstract
In this research paper I will be reflecting upon the discussions, which were conducted by me with the two stakeholders. For the perfect acquiescence of this research paper I conducted interviews with Deputy Head teacher, and Learning Support Assistant of my university, in order to critically analyze the effectiveness of collaborative processes in educational organizations. This research will be immensely helpful for me, because of the fact that collaborative process has become one of the most essential methods for achieving success in the educational sector, with the help of collaborative inquiry, the teachers could integrate a new understanding and knowledge for the development of proficient methods for improving the efficiency of student learning in the classrooms. Most of the educators have emphasized on the importance of involvement of parents in their children's educational process, because they see the parent school collaboration as an important aspect in the current educational context. Along, with that the senior management also plays an essential role in the success of the collaborative process, because without there intervention this process can never be successful. These interviews were highly dexterous for me because it would help me to expand and refine my personal knowledge base regarding the implementation collaborative process in the educational institutions.
Rationale
In last few years the educational has experienced a big push in the educational reform for the development of new and more rigorous state, and standards of learning. However, there has been major debate that has continued to rage in many communities over the nature and the extent of these standards. Most of the educational leaders have recognized the importance of monitoring the progress of educational institutions towards genuine equality for creating opportunities in the educational sector, through outweighing the achievements which will simply lead to success. This method has helped the teachers to develop strategies and plans, for the evaluation of outcomes along with their colleagues. Collaboration is strategy which is selected by professionals to accomplish a certain goal. In such a process teachers from one institution work alongside the teachers belonging to other institution and developed ideas, methods in collaboration with each other.
Collaboration here means that joint research and analysis that surveys and interviews will be conducted to find intellectual and artistic conflicts instead, is planned designs are created, models are developed, prototypes are built and more. It is therefore a concrete process of cooperation, to find each other in not only the opinions and thoughts, but also the skills and the diverse potential of all participants, included in a productive development process and lead to concrete and realizable results. In this way is the best possible identification of the parties rather than with the results and power manifests as making power on concrete results.
