Statement of Purpose

The research will be based on the examination of the relationship between nursing students and the newly graduate nurses. Only experienced nurses get the opportunity to work and the students are also not placed for practicum. This means that our study would be based on the experienced nurses who have versatile knowledge about their work. The aspect of nurse-to-patient ratio is correlated with the job satisfaction of nurses and patients; hence, the anomalies in the nurse-to-patient ratio have a significant influence on the performance of the healthcare industry.
