In this study we will try to explore the concept of “Globalization and human resource management”. The main focus of the research will be on the rapid and recent economic globalization. The research will also analyze the emergence of globalization and role of human resource management to fight against this competition. Finally the research describes major effect of the internationalization and the segmentation HRM practices between the frames destined to occupy strategic positions and the rest employees.

Background of the Research
The concept of financial globalization is undoubtedly one of the most commonly used in the late twentieth century. The globalization of the economy has upset the order of things: it acts on the changing the rules of competition, the expansion of trading zones (transition a business "inter-national" trade "inter-regional"), the Uniform cultural but also on the exploitation of poorer countries. (Pudelko 2008, 2045)
Some even accuse globalization as the cause of the increase in unemployment in developed countries, because the relocation of production sites in countries in the developing world, hand- lumber cheaper. Globalization is not, however, as the media suggest, a recent phenomenon. Already the Phoenicians around 900 BC a first sketch form of globalization from Lebanon today, installing countertops throughout Mediterranean world and spreading the alphabet to write all the languages and write contracts. (Poon 2007, 133)
Problem statement
The beginnings of globalization appear with IBM and SINGER, raw U.S. multinationals which have managed to conquer the world markets, internationalizing their activities. The first major expansion of transnational corporations has made in Europe in the 50s, when firms have implemented to circumvent protectionist barriers. This logic of market access remains crucial in the development of direct investment abroad. (Michie 2008, 445)
Theoretical framework
Companies are also implementing a division International Labor internal (or through sub-contractors) to locate their activities in different places offering the best value for money. Finally, internationalization of firms also reflects the continued concentration of businesses related to the search for economies of scale. Now, the development of companies abroad has become a must survival and growth, facing an increasingly more competitive. Indeed, it enables companies to stay competitive and increase their market share. Each of these stages of internationalization creates specific implications terms of Human Resource Management. That's why we wanted to examine the impact of globalization on changing jobs, and more particularly that of resource managers Humanities. The HR function has indeed experienced many upheavals and Economic globalization has, again, changed the situation. Significance
Globalization has many implications for resource management human and the function itself. Thus, the HRD is to recruit employees foreign subsidiary, is for him to manage the careers of expatriates, organize mobility personnel within the group with an international dimension, to monitor trades and anticipate the training to last him to juggle between social rights ...
