Small-Scale Research Project in a Local Estate Agent
Introduction
The local Estate Agent that has been selected for research in this project is a small real estate firm. The firm employs 20 people which have been divided into two teams. Each of the two teams has its own goals and targets which are then aligned with the overall mission and vision of the organization. One of the teams is responsible for looking after the sale and purchase of houses, while the other team is responsible for managing house leasing and rentals. Both teams have their own Team Leaders. The office Manager is also the owner of the business. Hence, the structure of the organization is very flat and clearly defined. The employees have a clear idea on what is expected of them. The paper is an overview of the research project that the selected estate agent wants to undertake.

This means that there are two perspectives to it. On one hand, the research will be assessing the ideas of the employees of the company. And, on the other hand, the research will be assessing the perceptions of the current clients of the company to gauge their level of satisfaction with the estate agent.
Research Structure
The organization of the research project will be as follows:
Research approach for the project
The small project on the level of customer satisfaction in the real estate customers is an Ex post facto research. This means that the researcher will not change anything. Whatever is found in the research will be stated as it is. In addition, the research project will be an applied research in that the purpose of the research is not only to find out the effectiveness of the customer satisfaction approaches applied by the company but also come up with recommendations for improvement of the same (Silverman, ...
