Introduction
Dennis Ltd is a successful consultant company specializing in the sports and physical activity sector. The company was founded in 1999 and has shown steady growth over the past thirteen years. They trade from office accommodation (80 square meters) in a major city in England. At present, the company employs 1 General Manager, 5 Lead Consultants, 3 Administration staff, and 2 Marketing Officers. In keeping with the aim of expanding business operation, ad decision was made at the strategic level to carry out project. The project is concerned with the ensuring the initial opening and the operational requirements of new leisure facilities are identified. The provision include sports hall, swimming pool, dry and wet changing facilities, two dances studios with availability of additional health and fitness provision in the form of state of the art fitness centre. The project manager hired that ensuring the initial opening and operational requirement of the new facilities that defined above.
Project Manager Skills and Competencies
The role of Project Manager is considered as high importance to the project success since its provide vision, leads, direction and boots up moral of the project team members and other stakeholders of project. As spend more than 15 years in this filed, I am fully capable of applying best project management tools, techniques and methods to successful complete project cycle of this project. According to (Gaddis, 1959) project manager also responsible to determine the project schedule and necessary budget to meet the main objective and delivering the project once approval granted by top leadership. I have good knowledge and skills and competencies in the following areas that are quite helpful to complete this project on time also within the defined budget.

Project deadline
The first and foremost challenge that attached with this project is an expectation of project completion on time (Crawford, 2000,). Project manager need first to look at this task first which considered as more prior.
Scope of Project
The primary issue as the project manager to add new facilities is to clarify the scope of the project from sponsors.
Organization priorities
