Introduction
Background
Reluctance, it is the most magnificent psychological trauma that each and every human being feels or comprehends in his or her life. In simple words, reluctance is the unwillingness to accept a situation, action or in action. A human being goes through reluctance once he or she is unwilling to accept an offering that he or she believes is less beneficial or not beneficial at all. There can be endless reasons behind a reluctance of a human being or there can be no reason at all, as reluctance is something which is optional to each and every human beings mind (Charles, 2004).
However, the criteria of the following discussion are not the psychological effects of reluctance, and why it conceives a human mind but, the following page will discuss why young people throughout the world are reluctant to work and look for a job in order to back up their future and family. Furthermore, emphasis on reluctance to work on medical fields by the youth will also be discussed, and why these reluctances arise will also be discussed (Charles, 2004).
The main reasoning behind the reluctance of the young people will also be discussed, and what types of reluctance are present among the society and youth will also be detailed in the following pages. How factors like motivation and hierarchical needs play an important role in this reluctance will also be the lime light of the following pages. Why countries like India and Pakistan especially go through this reluctance of youth towards medical work will also be detailed in the following white papers.
