Religions have developed a system of constraints, and cumbersome to support the daily lives of their followers. There are times of prayer, fasting, abstinence, meditation, rituals, one of whose goals is to occupy as fully as possible the thought of practicing each of his gestures, his behavior, all decisions and ideas should be part of a project of obedience to his religion.
