Since the end of the cold war, many of the dramatical changes took place in the Africa. In this period, some reforms were introduced in the politics like pluralism. This period also become the victim of the power changes from older generation to new leader roots. Also, antiauthoritarian movement had opened the new ways for democratic transitions in 1990s. From this period, rebirth of the political sector took place in the country. This study is all about the political changes in the Africa country in the past decades and new reforms which took place in the country. It also discussed the implications and changes took place because of these reforms.

Democratic Development
In the Africa, key development took place in politics was liberation which ends the single party ruling period and also military dictatorship. End of military period gave birth to the competitive elections. This is the best trend in African history which increased the economic growth in the country. Another key trend was the birth of civil society which included media too. New independent emergence of newspapers, radio, television etc took place in the democratic development. Then Africa was included among those countries where democracy was relatively advanced and civil society was busy in the service of democratic consolidation. Civil society played the role of watch dog for the rights of the common citizens. For example NGO's of South Africa reorient themselves and played roles as a social and economic reconstruction (Gyimah, 2004, 5-28).
Now African societies are developed and gain sophisticate image and trust from other countries. Then after certain years, legislation and parliament was emerged in the country which improved the formal powers in the new constitutions.
