Introduction

Various frameworks for considering reflexivity have been elaborated by different researchers. For example, Hardy, Phillips, and Clegg (2001) argue that reflexivity involves reflecting on the way in which research is carried out and understanding how the process of doing research shapes its outcomes. Reflexivity also concerns researcher's assumptions about what they can know and how they claim to know it (i.e., ontology and epistemology). Epistemological reflexivity may entail reflecting on why being interested in some particular research questions, what disciplinary-based interpretive frameworks inform our accounts, and what aspects of our disciplinary background lead us to dwell on certain aspects of the research context and not others. Finaly (2002b) points out that a unifying theme is the project of examining how the researcher and inter-subjective elements impact and transform research. . The focus is on the importance for the researcher to continually question presuppositions and preconceptions in order to promote rich insight and enable public scrutiny of the integrity of the research.

What do we expect today, knowledge of social facts, the reflexive ethnography , this method of investigation and analysis based on the attention that the investigator's position in the native universe and translation occurs when it operates as a researcher in academic and political worlds? What do we expect from the confrontation between this reflexive ethnography, come from social anthropology and sociology, interactionist, and quantitative methods, whether the questionnaire survey or the use of statistics? It will also show the interest in anthropology, to use new quantitative methods, which suffer from ostracism relatively recent in the discipline(Ashmore,1989).

The extraordinary vitality of ethnographic research internationally is a surprise if you go back fifteen years ago, at a time when the ethnographic tradition suffered from a lack of legitimacy, compared to the critical reading archives, solid rock historians since the late 19 th century, and quantitative methodologies, developed continent at the crossroads of the natural sciences and human sciences throughout the 20th century. Reflexivity is the process of becoming self-aware. Researchers make regular efforts to consider their own thoughts and actions in light of different contexts. Reflexivity, then, is a researcher's ongoing critique and critical reflection of his or her own biases and assumptions and how these have influenced all stages of the research process.
