The present study is about the business online games which provide the various strategies to the organization in order to organize the global business market. The organization performs the four roles like global top performers, corporate social responsibility and best strategy invitational role. The current adopters of the business strategy games are school students, college students, students from different institution and different organizations of the country and all over the globe. I got much information when i worked in the BSG Online Games organizations. The organization has the strength of adopting the latest technologies. The workforce and management of the BSG Online Games organization work day and night for increasing the profitability, market share and the customer satisfaction. But the BSG Online Games organization also has certain weaknesses too in the financial analysis.
