Introduction

Reflection of work in social sciences is considered as the greatest achievements because studying social sciences is certainly way different from the ground realities which only can be determined through reflective practices. The reflective practice includes former social practice as a social worker, high reflexes beyond this cognitive domain considering it as the first step towards successful social work career. It aims this trend to provide scholars and researchers in the social service range of skills, knowledge and values. ??It aims to deal with the social problems of contemporary perspective, and includes all formats customers starting from subunits at micro level. It also include (small group) and ending with the major units of Macro Level, which include (the organization and the community). This helps in defining the conditions for the construction of a reflective task, in particular, and the recognition of critical capabilities of the social workers, discussing the autonomy of elements in the formation and finally the contribution from social work practice democratization processes and realization of human rights in the current mode capitalist production. Social work is a way of life as understood, that the owners create society. Thus, in Europe, modern societies are low influx of capital and subordinate to the advanced capitalist countries. It also describes the logic of capital, determined forms of social relationship among people. It is within this logic which houses the state as representative of the whole society, although the ruling class represents primarily, serving as contradictory functions: firstly ensure the reproduction of the relations of production. To serve the Interests of the capital accumulation and otherwise ensure the reproduction of the labour force, even without the means to ensure that representation.

Reflective Practice

Reflective Practice is an expression which is ambiguous and it can even refer to the practice of reflection that is when everyone thinks. Thinking is not in fact live in state of consciousness. It is a series of intellectual operations, including mental states are only the starting point or a temporary condition or an endpoint. We can consider this as a result of transactions of an intellectual practice and it is also often a linguistic, social and dialogical. It is a linguistic practice because our thinking is based on the language and concepts that vehicle, even if we do not begin any conversation with others. Thought is sometimes dialogical in the absence of current contacts. The reactions of others are imagined, hoped or feared on the basis of experience and knowledge of ideas, arguments, values ??that compete in a given social field.

Reflection is even clearer when it is part of social interaction, cooperative work, decision-making process, supervision, a request for help or advice, adversarial, and evaluation.
