Values are traits that are advised beneficial or meaningful. Being of German immigrants, my individual standards, principles, customs and convictions are characterised by the associates they kept here in America. My parents left family and associates behind in seek of a larger way of life, employed possibilities and new friendships, while still sustaining vintage world culture and traditions.

The centre standards and convictions were characterised by these persons and make me the individual that I am today in society. Although individual standards have not altered, my ethics have developed mainly due to associates, paid work and having a family. Encarta characterises individual standards as the acknowledged values or measures of a one-by-one or assembly, while ethics is characterised as values or measures of human perform (Encarta, 2008).

When my parents came to the United States, they left their direct family and expanded family behind. They contacted here after assisting a German association gathering where numerous German immigrants went to get data on occupations, services, immigration and naturalization matters, and to just rendezvous other ones with the identical goals and concepts as their own. These new discovered associates became my aunts and uncles and their children were my cousins. To this day I still mention to them as auntie and uncle. When I make new associates, they are generally associates for life. Many of the individual traits of these persons became traits I inherited throughout my lifetime. Foods, cash, family and associates are the centrepiece of these traits. Ethics though have absolutely altered as I examined them as a child.
