When it comes to analyzing the work and functioning of these motives, there have several accounts of texts and scripts that have been posted for helping the research analysts and the general public exactly what are the innate objectives of specific behaviours that are being displayed. For instance, one can see the drive of people to succeed and gain social status in the context of society; the thread that this originates from is considered the need to fulfil intimate and sexual drives of humans who have a sense of denial and underestimation (Bass, 2006, 139).

The concept of reflection has always been a notion of great concern and distress for a lot of people. People these days do not usually pay attention to what have they become in terms of their purpose and existence. Although when you look at yourself in the mirror to see the face, but when you take a closer look, you can identify all odds and aspects of your own soul to see. Some mystics even believe that the mirror is a window to the soul; your thinking is your soul in all its glory and malice.

Since one's reflection looks back at you, you are unable to hide the true emotions your reflection shows and puts forth. Generally people create this wall in front of themselves, either to hide their fears, fright and vulnerability. The reflection visible in the piece can and will always help you understand your faults and identify your negative traits, in order for you to improve yourself and become better human beings living in the society.

Being in a position and on the verge of completing my MBA, there have been ample challenges and problems that have occurred in the past one year. Going through different problems and situations, the one thing that is most important that any individual could learn to develop in them is the principle of motivation. Motivation is the inner drive that ignites sparks and ignites the 'fire' in the individual, thus provoking them to do things in ways that either no one has ever done, no one has attempted to do it or even build the courage to go through a difficult, perilous task that would otherwise seem impossible to do.

Another good illustration of this could be people with mysterious expression and reserved dealings with people around them. Generally the initial response people have is of labelling as stern and rigid people who are careless; psychologically viewed, these beings require ample sums of constant and iterated attention from all those that they may or may not know. These illustrations help us identify the actual representation and objective of an individual for the purpose and objective of identifying motives and motivational attempts (Bass, 2006, 139).
