It is always interesting to evaluate yourself fairly while gauging your successes and failures as assumed by Harkins (2001, pp.1-20). Like any other human being, I also have many ups and downs in my life. However, till present the journey has proved to be valuable. It gave me enough determination to develop aims for myself and keep pouring in my efforts to achieve them. I am an ambitious person and want to do so many things in order to feed in my contribution for the well-being of me and my country. Mongolia is my homeland that gained its international recognition in 1945. It is a developing country that tends to require sincere efforts of the native people. The way we can serve our homeland, nobody else can do it with utmost earnestness. I assume, it is my duty to serve my country and for that I have dreamed to become a successful businessman. The interest in business has come in me from my parents who are managing a famous business all over the world. I also intend to establish my contribution to support my dreams. This may sound strange but for me my country comes first. According to Simanowitz & Pearce (2003, pp.1-86) it may take a long journey but I am entirely ready to make bold and assertive decisions.

My student life is full of worthy experiences and excitement. I was one of the most active students of my school. I found it fun to explore things and meet new people around us. However, my parents placed me into another school when I was in grade 4. That was indeed a challenging time for me as to cope with the prevailing gap between my capabilities then and the requirements of the new school curriculum. I did not lose hopes and struggled really hard to fall within the desirable criteria of my new school and I did it. According to Shaffer (2009, pp.1-97) it was the best time of my life in shaping my aptitude and attitude. I was able to work hard to acquire the skills that mostly included problem-solving skills, social skills and interpersonal skills.
