Reflection has been defined as the process of internally examining and exploring an issue of concern. This has been prompted by an experience and the concept of terms of self is clarified and its meaning is also created and changed into a conceptual perspective. Another definition of reflection is that it is a reflective and a reconstructive experience, which leads to the identification of a new possible action. There has been an argument that the practitioner can assess his own behaviour if he reflects on his own experience, this will identify the contradictions between the ways the practitioner practices (Allen, 2004).

Describe the relationships within your team

This study aimed to identify the relevance of using the formula of teamwork for achieving course work done in the context of this project on Prototype Pico power generator. Teamwork is an effective way to make learning a related field of study, it is a way of learning and building relationships.

In this regard, the relationship within our team has helped us, to better assimilate the contents taught in a course and to exchange ideas and different views on the content studied. In addition, this approach increases our learning motivation and assists us to face the task and deal with learning to do. Our relationship within a team can be defined as a group of people interacting in order to gain or accomplish a common target, which implies a distribution of tasks and the convergence efforts of team members.

How was the team segment managed? For example, did you have a leader, coordinator or did you work on a consensus?

Convergence of efforts of each member concerning the personal contribution that each provides to the team and the interactions between members. In this sense, the team is a fragile system highly dependent on the individuals composing since its total energy depends on that of each of its members and the quality of interactions between them.

Team segment was managed in such a way that each team member and crew must do all learning provided by the professor who chose the activity and participate actively and effectively in the target and the common task. Our team worked on a consensus. Each person has responsibility for achieving the common goal and is a resource for his team mates and his crew helping to lead and support the team work motivation, participation, effort, expertise, his knowledge, skills, qualities, etc.

How well did your team perform compared with your original plan?

Team mates and the team members should include working meetings taking place on a regular basis, otherwise the team may have difficulty coordinating their ideas and actions. In addition, it is recommended that the first meetings are set at relatively short intervals.
