Introduction

This paper is going to reflect the research which has been conducted previously. The research was conducted for making a better understanding regarding management of conflict and there resolution. The core objective of the research done was determination of the common reasons of conflicts in the organization. Determining the actions and the measures that must be taken by the management to resolve those conflicts and to control their occurrence and the research has also been dealing with generation of suggestions for resolving the conflicts that were identified in the study.

This report will be explaining various aspects of the research which is already presented and will also criticize of various aspects of the research. Such kind of the research will lead the reader to understand the auspiciousness of the efforts which have been made lastly and the contribution made by the research work in the context of conflict management by making use of a really comprehensive set of sample. This was done for the sake of generating results which are able to be actually exemplifying the current state of the issue and the preventions which are going to be really useful for a better management and resolution of the conflicts.

The paper is divided into various parts which are starting from the explanation on the research method which was adopted in the major research conducted. Then the theory will be discussed in a very brief manner to give an over view of the research and leading the matter towards criticising it in a very effective manner. In the end the paper will look at the fact that what is the real contribution of the paper with respect to the achievements, professional development, objectives which are actually attained and ending up with the findings of the research.

Research Method

In the study which was conducted the researcher has gone for a mixed research through using a questionnaire as research tool. This made the data collection of the research possible and allowed the researcher to get the required set of sample. The designing of the questionnaire was done after reviewing so many research papers and other studies done in the same context. The analysis of data will then provide with emergent patterns that will help in deriving conclusions and in proposing methods for the resolution of existing conflicts in the organization. Recommendations for the future will also be part of the study. The research method is adopted after thinking a great deal and deciding on the basis of evidences collected by reviewing various researches.

The decision of making the research data collection more effective and true representation of the sample, the researcher has adopted a mixed method.
