Introduction

Integrity is considered one of the most optimistic traits for a successful manager. Personal integrity is a symbol of a trustworthy, reliable and honest individual (Simons, 2002). Thus, I feel, if you are a manager; then you will bring those good traits along into your management style. It is a good thing for an organization to own such a manager in their organization. Thus, having a number of integrity managers will ultimately develop the organization to be known as an integrity organization; which is respected by the public as well as the employees.
