Introduction

Today, I am reflecting on my visit that was within my working environment, in the community. I am an AIN in a community hospital, where my primary responsibilities includes medication prompts, dressing/undressing of patients, showering them and making their beds. Communication plays a significant role in the job description of a Registered Nurse (RN). As students, the clinical experience is the optimal time to enter the world of nursing and caring.
