The reflection of a probationer minister in Yorkshire
Introduction
It is indeed very important for any geographical division; say for a county, a state or any other entity that could be administrated in the most effective manner. The administration of the given entity depends upon the strategic competency and management of the individual who is supposed to head it. The purpose of the paper is to look into a proper course of action for the administration of the county of Yorkshire. The paper discusses the basic paradigms that have to be looked into, as well as, the consequential areas that could be taken care of in a later point of time.
The administration of any county is a convoluted task that has several areas of management and administration to be considered. It is indeed very difficult for any individual to manage the whole lot of affairs with regard to the maintenance of the current status of any county, as well as, align it with the demands of developing and progressing societies. The administration is therefore, a challenge for implementation of common course of action in a strategically competent and effective way. The country of Yorkshire is a much valued area of the United Kingdom, reason being its area and constitutional value. The research studies the management of Yorkshire in a wider canvas. The civil administration of the county has been divided into four different divisions, they include, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and East riding of Yorkshire (Home, 2004, 39-147).

The paper tries to assess the effective measures that are available to the masses for managing Yorkshire or other similar counties in an effective manner. The core issue discussed in the paper is the ministry of civil administration for the county of Yorkshire. The county has been named as “God's own County” due to exquisite features it has.
