There are many different factors that contribute to research process techniques. From the information presented below we are able to look into the methods and steps involved in the research process. There are particularly two types of data: Qualitative and quantitative data both give valuable research information only presented in different ways. Both methods have stringent rules of strategy. We can see through the history, the strengths and weaknesses and the methods used for qualitative data that statistical analysis (while a valuable component to social research), is not the 'be all and end all' of social research.
