Introduction

The common-sense view of the term “reflection” is considered if there is a need of any improvement in the reflective processes. This view is being used to use more technical view of reflection in which the discussion considers several studies of reflection while highlighting the major aspects that are evolving between the capacities of individuals. The fact proposes the most effective process that is self reflection; every individual faces many forces in order to test their strengths and weaknesses in the professional development career. After analyzing all the forces of strengths and weaknesses it is an individual's responsibility to turn up with new outcomes that may effectively acknowledge to the imperfection and weaknesses (Moon, A.J., 2004).

There is a very high level of competition in such a competitive market where every individual is hunting in the commercial and the educational sectors. Reflection can be used a decision-making tool in the education department. Cooper (1999) said that "reflection is the decision-making system's way of correcting itself" in which he describes the future decisions to be made for successful decision making. It is very necessary in today's world that the high level of competition has dragged away many individuals out of the market but now it's very important for them to improvise their skills and knowledge to compete and survive in the market. Only through the study of Routledge (2007), an individual can easily synchronize its strengths and weaknesses to improvise them through personal and professional development. Cooper clearly stated in his critical analysis that how the three teaching functions (evaluating, planning and implementing) (Cooper, 1999).

This essay paper comprises the analysis of learning where all my personal strengths and weaknesses in relevant areas will be discussed in detail. Furthermore, the competence development segment will be overlooked where particular personal and professional weakness will be identified as well as the strategies that will be applied in self improvement will be described in detail. The only skill that I have been developing is the self management competency where my stress managing quality is one of my characteristic. As y understanding for self management competency accommodates six factors which are: recognition of the importance and impacts of our own behaviour, grasping someone and make others to do things which are directed by us, self motivation and a consistent delivery on promises, taking the sole responsibility for our actions and development, understanding the role of an individual and prioritize it to lead oneself with time management and self confidence, and deriving the best of someone through his/her abilities and capability to improve.
