The arrest of Sacco and Vanzetti was controversial and created injustice. The murder trial of Sacco and Vanzetti was very controversial at that time. These songs were presented and recorded after twenty years of its recording. These songs have been very carefully copied from the original discs and are published with an unpublished letter by Guthrie to the judge in the case (Guthrie 1996, 8).
